For the past 4 years, I have been on my healing journey after realising my asthma, cervical spondylitis, migraines, PCOS, anxiety, and more were due to my people-pleasing tendencies. I was the "good" student, daughter, employee, and woman, playing by the rules. And yes, I was "successful."

Yet, I was anxious, under-confident, and physically sick. I believed "I am a burden." I had 0 energy and I was tired all the time.

Fast forward to today, I have worked with 100+ women from across the globe, helping them become confident, happier, healthier, and truly unstoppable.
